We have been entrusted to renovate a condo on Lido Key, Sarasota, FL. This project involves the demolition of interior walls, bathrooms, electricity, floors, and plumbing.
Plumbing is updated from existing which this beach-front property required to have updated from old cast-iron pipes. Then the property will be reframed. Moving walls, electrical, plumbing, kitchen countertops, cabinetry, and interior fixtures.
Nearly all of the property from the outside in has been renovated.
Sarasota Continues to Have Large Amounts of New Construction
If you are from the Sarasota area you will have noticed the new construction boom. Especially the downtown and beach areas. Third quarter boasted the largest amount of construction projects in Sarasota in the past 13 years.
General contractors broke ground on 1,888 single-family homes during the July-September period. The highest period total since 2006.
